Only one treatment can take place at any given time. Please read the steps below before booking.

Booking one treatment

1. Choose the treatment you wish to book.
2. Select an available time. If no time slots appear on your chosen day, there is no availability for that day.
3. Add your selected appointment to the cart.
4. Complete checkout to finish your booking.

Booking more than one treatment or for more than one person

Each treatment or person must be booked one at a time. Complete checkout and the purchase for the first booking before returning to book the next one.

Time between treatments

The booking system automatically includes turnaround time between treatments for things such as changing towels and consultation.

If the bookings are for different clients, please keep this interval. If the bookings are for the same client, tell your therapist at the start of the treatment; the turnaround time can then be ignored, as stated in the existing booking guidance.

Prepaid hotel vouchers

This option is exclusively for guests who have purchased a hotel package that explicitly includes a thirty minute treatment. (Standard packages do not qualify). Please select the “Prepaid Hotel Voucher” option. You must present your voucher at your appointment.

Preparing for waxing

A complimentary patch test is required at least 48 hours before your waxing treatment and is valid for 6 months.

If this is your first waxing treatment with us, you must have a patch test with our salon, even if you have been tested elsewhere. This is required with no exceptions; waiver forms are not accepted.
