    Booking and Cancellation Policy

    Please read our booking/cancellation policy prior to committing to an appointment. 

    • Please note appointment reminders will not be sent from Serenity Treatment Room. Therefore the onus will be on the client to remember appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments or late arrival which will result in forfeiting your deposit. Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time. This will give you time to fill out the mandatory client consultation form.

    • The minimum age requirement to receive treatments is 18 years. 

    • It is the client’s personal responsibility to fully disclose to the therapist any relevant medical issues in advance of any treatment.

    • Advanced reservation for treatments is recommended as all treatments are subject to availability. Bookings for weekends should be made at least two weeks in advance to secure specific or preferred time or dates.  

    • Bookings can only be secured if reserved with a deposit or a gift voucher. A non-refundable deposit of €10.00 is charged at the time of booking, with the balance of the overall cost of the treatment due at the end of the treatment. We respectfully request you provide us with at least a 24 hour cancellation notice in the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In this case, we will retain your deposit on account  which you may  use  at your next visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice, “no-shows” or treatments that are unable to be completed due to being late will incur a loss of your deposit. Unfortunately, we cannot take any personal circumstances into account; we have one policy for all clients, with no exceptions.

    • We work to scheduled treatment times so we may be unable to accommodate you for any of our thirty minute treatments if you are running more than 5 minutes late. If you are availing of one of our hour treatments, the treatment will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full treatment. We regret having to do this but we also have a responsibility to all our clients to keep to their appointment times.  

    • Serenity Treatment Room strives to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction with treatments provided. All our treatments are carried out by qualified therapists. If you have a treatment that you are dissatisfied with, please raise the issue whilst you are still having your treatment in order to give us the opportunity to improve your experience. We cannot issue refunds on any treatments but we will look into your concerns immediately.

    • Please ensure that you inform your therapist if you experience discomfort at any stage during your treatment so that we may be able to tailor the treatment to meet your needs. Such issues may include the room temperature, the level of pressure being applied during a massage, a product feeling uncomfortable on the skin, the amount of conversation taking place during your treatment, etc.

    • When you schedule your appointment with Serenity Treatment Room, you are agreeing to these terms & conditions.
